3 Age Verification and Eligibility
The kg7 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for age verification.
If it is established that a user created an account while under the age of 21, that account and all related transactions will be cancelled. Whether deposited funds will be returned in such cases will depend on the outcome of our verification process.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount on the kg7 platform is ৳200 for each payment method. We support the following payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Users must complete identity verification before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. New withdrawal requests may not be accepted while an active withdrawal request is being processed on an account.
4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
kg7 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any unusual or suspicious transactions. Identity and source of funds verification may be required before a withdrawal as part of anti-money laundering compliance.
5 Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.
The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 10x — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer will have its own validity period and terms
- Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal
- Bonuses will be cancelled if evidence of multiple accounts or bonus abuse is found

8.2 Account Closure by the User
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is important to complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account. Processing an account closure request may take some time.
9 Responsible Gaming
